Mexican Pulled Pork Tacos

Products Used in This Recipe

Use Stick E Fingers All Purpose rub on pork shoulder

Add the following in a 2-gallon zip lock bag

  • 1 can of adobe Chipotle sauce rub on pork shoulder
  • 1 quart of orange juice, 2 limes, 1 onion, Bay leaf & Garlic

Let shoulder rest in bag overnight

Remove and sprinkle the following on the shoulder

Place on smoker at 225

When internal temp is at 160 wrap in a pan with the following

  • Onion
  • Garlic, lime
  • Yehelio peppers
  • Orange juice
  • Tomato juice (liquid is just enough to cover pan bottom). 

When shoulder reaches 200, pull off smoker  & let shoulder rest and then pull

Garnish with avocados, radish, tomatoes, onion, cilantro using corn or flower tortillas.

Mix, mayo, sour cream, chipotle pepper, lime if you desire, makes a great adobo sauce
