Churched Up Pork & Beans

In a medium foiled pan add the following

  •  2 large cans of beans
  • 1 bell pepper chopped up
  • ½ of an onion chopped up
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire
  • ½ cup Stick E Fingers BBQ rub  

Place foiled pan (no lid) on your BBQ smoker for 3 hours at between 225 and 250.  Stir occasionally
