Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • ½ of an onion 
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • The zest of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • Lemon juice from one lemon

Add all ingrediencies to a food processer and pulse until chopped

Remove and add to a missing bowl Add ½ cup of olive oil, or more until the mixture becomes runny and your able to drizzle it.
